More Snow and Clear Roads

With all the snow this week - we must be up to 16" or so, the road crews are doing a great job of keeping our highways and country roads clear so visitors can come up north and enjoy all this beauty.

Hidden Valley Ski Area opens Friday at 9 A.M. to kick off the 2007/2008 ski season. I wonder who will get first run this year? Algonquin Park has started packing and grooming their Cross Country Ski Trails.

The holiday season is near so don't leave it too late to book your family or couples getaway. Christmas and New Years in Muskoka is the best...

WE HAVE SNOW!!!!!!

Come and visit and don't forget your snowshoes, skis and toboggans. The lake is still sparkling but the tree branches are heavy with snow. Nor'Loch Lodge has snowshoes for you to explore the back country regions of Algonquin Park and enjoy complete silence. The visitors centre is still open every weekend for lunch with a spectacular view. When entering the park don't forget to check the wildlife sightings at West Gate. Let is snow!
